Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! We offer domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to over 230 countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order total.
- For U.S. orders over $50, shipping is free.
- For international orders over $50, shipping is free.
- For smaller orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location:
- 3–8 business days
- 4–7 business days
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for opened products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we only offer high-quality, carefully sourced fragrances. Every product is selected and checked to meet our quality standards.
Do you offer gift options?
